FAQ
What is Redemption?
Redemption is a Biblical-themed, collectible trading card game that was first published in 1995 by Cactus Game Design. It provides players with the opportunity to build community, familiarize themselves with Biblical characters and participate in strategy. Players build decks to rescue "lost souls" from their opponents territory to win. It currently features over 4,500 unique cards that are based off of scripture.
How Do I Play?
Getting started can be hard! There are lots of different variations of decks and different strategic approaches that you can take to beat the competition. Thankfully there are some really great resources that have been created to make getting started a little easier!
"Hello I'm New" is a mini-series on Land of Redemption that gives detailed explanation of card anatomy and an overview of the 5 phases of a turn.
How to Get Involved?
The Redemption community is expansive both nationally and internationally! The best ways to get involved are:
Discord: Discord can be accessed via an app or webpage. It is a great way to chat on an open forum with the full community and ask questions/share ideas!
Message Boards: Though less active than Discord, it is a great place to find information about the game. This is the official community hosted by Cactus Game Design.
